a little bit of updates..

car-wash yday, our gp washed 39 cars!
after car washing, my whole body feels achy..
& im super tired after everything!
glad went crazy & we came up with alot of crappy Acronyms, such as "Nehs & Pongs"
LOL

yk came to pick us up, & we had dinner at kovan hongkong cafe..
& they send me home later..

my parents bought 2 pairs of nike sport shoes for me!

& they cooked tom yam soupy...

dumb boy was out from camp,
he breaks camp at ard 7plus?
he wanted to meet,
but i suggest him to accompany his family, since he hasn't seen them for 1 wk!

i thought he would go home,
i did remind him to sms me after he reach home..

but after 2 hrs, no sms no calls..
i called him & he said he's having dinner outside
with his frens...........................

i have a make-up day for my CSP at smu tmrw,
meeting glad in the morning & subway with the rest for lunch..
it's oso matriculation days for the international students,
hehehe, mayb will haf the chance to spot some eye candies =x oppss

darling mh will be flying off to macau tmrw!
i will miss her, though it's only 3 days =((

Before i start my updates,
would like to blog about my "Yi Po" which is my Grandma's younger sister,
who passed away last tues..
=((

I've always remembered her as a very friendly & jovial "yi po"
who really treats me & my bro very well..

despite suffering from leg pains herself,
she still makes an effort to visit my grandma every chi new yr..

But not now anymore..
=((

She's a very capable mother, grandmother & yi po..
she was the first female cab driver in singapore!!
i am so proud of her..

her news are all over the papers after she passed away..

Updates on bangkok trip!

25th jun (day 1)
wm's sister came to fetch me, dumb boy forgot his passport thus haf to route back to his house. met with jh&kw at ard 5plus. had popeye b4 checking in. walked ard & boarded the plane!

on jetstarrrr

reached the airport at ard 8plus night, took a cab to our hotel.. checked in by 10pm and settled down.. dumb boy nt feeling well, took some headache medicine b4 heading to patpong..

i like that hotel, though it's kinda old compared to baiyoke, but for the price we're paying and the big rooms we're getting.. i feel it's all worth it.. =))

bought naraya bags and dumb boy bought polo tee.. had dinner at some cafe, took a cab back at ard 1am midnight. dumb boy was already feeling hot all over.. measured his temperature and gosh, high fever of 38.5 degrees..

spend the whole night taking care of him.. hopefully he can recover by tmrw..

26th jun (day 2)
dumb boy's fever went up to 39.2 degree..
we skipped breakfast, and kw suggested to take him to hospital..

cancelled our plans for the day & brought him to the hospital nearby..
luckily it's only short walking distance..

and gosh, their hospital were packed with pple!
with little ventilation & many many pple..

a bit hard to communicate with the staffs but we still managed to say sa-wa-dee-ka & kor-krum-ka.. hahah..

the price for consulting a doc & take medicines = 180Bhat.. which is $7
compare to s'pore? huge difference..

went back to the hotel, dumb boy fall aslp immediately after taking his medicines..
stayed with him the whole day, read magazines..

kw&jh went to nearby robinsons to buy lunch for wm, and jh did a makeover on her hairdo..

poor dumb boy, look at the amount of medicines..

and thx to kw&jh,
they got kool fever from watsons for us..

after resting the whole day, dumb boy's temperature went down to below 39, but still lingering between 38.2 to 38.7

we decided to go out & haf dinner, nt gd to stay indoors the whole day too..
bought the thermometer with me ard, and i make it a point to measure his temperature every few hrs or so.. haha becoming more & more paranoid.. gosh..

went to suam lum,
looked like bugis village, but a little bigger and cooling than bugis..
bought quite a lot of things there, cox they haf more clothes but all at a higher price..
but still, reasonable as compared to s'pore..

went back to hotel to rest after that..
still hoping dumb boy can recover fully the next day..

27 jun (day 3)
measured his temperature in the morning, gosh.. dumb boy's temperature went up to 38.7 degree.. had breakfast & took medicine.. rest a while and his temperature drop to 38..

took a bts to siam,
walked ard siam paragon, but we feel that it's nt suitable for us,
so we took a taxi to platinum mall!

saw nice cup cakes..

we realised that they queue up to board the train..
gosh, wonder will s'poreans ever do that.. hmm..

the "auntie" version
yes, we brought this cheena bag around with us from day 3 onwards..
convenient, jus need to dump everything in.. hahaha
kw&jh had one too..

oh ya, and we got cheated by cabbies!
jh's blog will haf the whole story,
really feel very cheated after we got to know that the cab uncle earn 30% commission! gosh..

at night, we walked over to robinsons to look for decent massage parlours..
the guys pampered their gals with packages!
so delighted! as it's my first time doing a full body srub, ear candling & their aromatic facial..
gosh, we were so excited abt it.. thanks my dumb boy =))

the package allows us to allocate which service we wanna do on different days, that means we can take our time , we do need to finish all 3 services in one day!

& we did the foot massage today.

28 jun (day 4)
Chactuchak from morning 10am to 2pm?
couldn't stand the HOT weather,
and the place's simply too big for us to finish the whole place!
kw&jh headed to siam ocean world, while me & dumb boy continued walking for a little while until we needed some food..
so we took a bts over to siam, had lunch & walked around while waiting for kw&jh

caught the movie wanted, over at siam paragon,
prices for their tickets is quite equivalent compared to s'pore..

had dinner at one of the japanese restaurant & cabbed back !

not forgetting my super nice coconut ice cream!
& 10 bhat sushi

29 Jun (day 5)
headed over to MBK !
but sadly, bought nth over there..
just their local food products for my family..
did our nails over at plaza 29!
im glad i did research..
though the service doesn't include cutting of cuticles n scrubbing,
but for 500bhat which is $20,
it's all worth it i guess..
except that i dont really like my nails design, as it looks different in the picture..
well...

30 jun (day 6)
it's the guys' day today,
meaning they're the planners for today..
as me & jh already took away 4 days =x
so they insisted that we cannot shop today! cox it's their day.. haha..

and jh&me went for our full body scrub today..
gosh, it's really abit personal but i guess the overall session is good =))
it's still my virgin body scrub anyway.. hahaha..

the guys surprised us in the night!
gosh, they've spent the last 2 nites without sleeping, planning & working on their gifts for us..
was super happy & indeed surprised =)

1 Jul (day 7)
checked out at around 11pm
skipped our breakfast in the hotel
jh&me had our last service at the massage parlour

did aromatic facial & ear candling..
feels very relaxed after the whole thing

tipped my masseuse, as for the past 3 days, she've been serving me! haha..
gosh..

we took a cab & reached the airport at around 2-3pm..
where our actual flight is at 8.50pm
haha.. we very kiasu right =x

walked around and had lunch over there..

while waiting, we took some photos..

finally reached s'pore at around 1230am
daddy came to fetch me, while wm's sis fetched him home..

End of bangkok trip!
I would love to go there again to shop more the next time =D

had to complete 80hrs of community service in smu...
therefore, me & glad participate in one of their csp programmes..
suppose to be a bonding day..
and yea, at the end of the day, we're indeed very bonded.. yes, the 12 of us, had vermonster @ ben & jerrys'

ooppss, that's supposed to be a secret.. sshh.. heheh

farewell dinner with feli after that,
had korean cuisine..

im back from bangkok!
overall trip was fun.. especially with the company of my dumb boy..

but unfortunately, he fall sick on days 1-3 =((
poor dumb boy have to visit the hospital and eat lots of medicine..
really hurts me to see him falling sick.. he was having high fever up to 39.2 degrees on day 2..
luckily he recovered, due to me taking care of him and of cox nt forgetting kw & jh for accompanying us to the hospital and making sure everything's fine.. wanna apologize to them, and also thank them for being very helpful and thoughful for the whole trip =)

the weird thing is,
we didnt buy much but we spend quite alot..
hmm..
guess it all goes to the spa & food.. hehe..

will update more on bangkok with pics soon..
been very bz since im back from bkk..
got lots of things to settle..

my BTT is on 4july, fri but i haven really study yet..
and QET eng test is on 5july, which i think i;m jus wasting my 25bucks on this paper.
cox im sure that i wont pass that paper.. after so many yrs of nt touching / writing any essays..

meet-ups with darlings & frens is a Must!!
=))

im missing bangkok, cox over there.. i dun haf to think of anything.. just shopping, eating and doing things i want!

but, back to reality..
im back in singapore.. now..
lots of things awaiting me to do..
